Return & Refund Policy (COD Optimized)

1. Return Period

We offer a [7/10/15]-day return policy. If [7/10/15] days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with tags intact.

2. Refund Process for COD Orders

Since COD transactions involve physical cash handled by courier partners, we process refunds via the following methods:

  • Bank Transfer: You will be required to provide your Bank Account Holder Name, Account Number, and IFSC code via our [Return Portal/Email].

  • UPI: You may provide a valid UPI ID for a faster refund transfer.

  • Store Credit: Optionally, you can choose to receive a digital Gift Card/Store Credit for the full value, which is processed instantly.

  • Timeframe: Once the returned product is picked up and passes quality inspection at our warehouse, the refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

  • COD Convenience Fee: The nominal fee charged for providing Cash on Delivery service is non-refundable.

  • Reverse Shipping: A flat fee of ₹[0] will be deducted from the refund amount to cover reverse logistics (unless the product received was damaged or incorrect).

4. Exchanges

If you have a size or fit issue, we recommend opting for an Exchange. Exchanges are processed faster than refunds and ensure you get the product you want without waiting for bank processing times.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged product, please email us at [aditya9876bxr@gmail.com] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the shipping label. In these cases, the full amount (including shipping) will be refunded.
