1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during a sale), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
To ensure the safety and successful delivery of your order:

Verification: All COD orders undergo a mandatory verification via WhatsApp or Phone Call. Orders will only be dispatched after successful confirmation.

Convenience Fee: A non-refundable COD handling fee of ₹[Amount] applies to all cash-on-delivery orders.

Refusal of Delivery: If a COD order is refused at the doorstep without a valid reason, we reserve the right to disable the COD option for that customer account for future purchases.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and WhatsApp message once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will be active within 24 hours.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to our warehouse. Please ensure your mobile number is reachable so the delivery executive can contact you.
6. Damages & Incorrect Address

Velvark is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the address provided was incorrect.
